Fee Schedule:

Infants: $150.00 per week

Toddlers: $140.00 per week

3 Year Olds: $125.00 per week

4 Year Olds: $115.00 per week

ABC Before or After Care $45.00 per week

ABC Before and After Care $55.00 per week

School-Age Summer $90.00 per week

School-Age Before or After Care $55.00 per week

School-Age Before and After Care $65.00 per week 

Procedures:  

Payments shall be rendered to the director on Friday in advance of services provided for  the following week. Payments received past Monday of the following week will be charged a late fee of $7.00.

Arkansas Licensing Regulations state that our staff must be on hand to care for your child, therefore, parents are required to pay the designated tuition, even if the child misses days during the week. Failure to maintain weekly payments could result in your child losing his or her position in the child care center. 

Registration Fees: To reserve a place for a child at Tender Loving Care Early Learning Center, a registration fee of $25.00 must be paid at the time of enrollment.  

Overtime Fees:

The center opens at 6:00 a.m. and closes at 6:00 p.m. Children cannot be accepted earlier or kept later than the above stated hours. The abuse of arrival or departure times will result in overtime payments of:

$1.00 per minute until 6:45 p.m. If a child is left past 6:45 p.m. and the parents are unable to be located, a person on the child’s pick up list will be contacted to pick up the child. If no one is able to be reached, DHS and the police will be notified. Continual abuse of arrival or departure times will result in the dismissal of your child from the center.
